nothing good here, only some of the world’s most expensive imported booze sold by the state monopoly and vile, strongly caraway-flavoured akavit called brennivín (aka locally “black death”) which does however help to drown the flavours of some of the vile traditional foods. Anyone for sour ram’s testicles? Putrified shark?
